Solar Ku Midzi Forever Battery

Thanks to our Solar Forever Batteries, our solar products can be used even after the sun sets. When coupled with our cookers, the batteries store otherwise wasted sunpower between cooking sessions. We offer both 5-cell/12 volt (120 watt-hour) and 8-cell/19 volt (200 watt-hour) Forever Batteries, both of which can power Solar Ku Midzi products and other 12V appliances (and even AC appliances when combined with an inverter). Based on Lithium Titanate chemistry and designed with an electronic control board, these batteries will last ten to twenty years. They also include a SD card that records energy use, opening the possibility to customers of receiving poverty-reduction and CO2 reduction credits toward further solar product purchases.
